Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms govern the use of the Bloom Mixer service provided by 주식회사 클라이원트 ("the Company"), and the rights and obligations of the Company and its users.

Article 2 (The service)

Bloom Mixer is a curation service that composes small dinner tables based on participants' interests and preferences.

Article 3 (Formation of contract)

A use contract is formed when a user signs in with a Google account, agrees to these terms, applies to a dinner, and pays the participation fee.

Article 4 (Fees and payment)

Participation is confirmed by prepayment. The fee is shown on each event page and processed by the payment provider (PortOne / Toss Payments). The fee covers matching and reservations; meals are paid on site as announced per dinner.

Article 4-2 (Membership subscription)

The membership is a subscription of KRW 20,000 per month, charged automatically to the registered card on each billing date. Each paid month includes up to four dinners with no per-dinner fee; unused dinners do not carry over.

You may cancel at any time from the membership page. The period you paid for and the dinners left in it stay yours until the end date; there is no pro-rated refund. Cancelling removes the registered card (billing key).

When a free period applies, we email the billing date and amount one month before the first charge. Any change to the amount or cycle is likewise announced one month in advance, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

A failed charge is retried once after a day; two consecutive failures end the membership automatically. Any period already paid for is kept.

Article 5 (Cancellation and refunds)

Cancellations and refunds follow the Refund policy. For a seat confirmed with a membership, cancellation follows the visit-credit rules for that dinner instead of a monetary refund.

Article 6 (User obligations)

Users must provide accurate information and must not harm other participants. Participants' contacts and affiliations are not disclosed in advance, and information about other participants learned at a dinner must not be disclosed externally without their consent.

In table chats and 1:1 chats, abuse, harassment, sexual or discriminatory content, advertising or spam, and posting other people's personal data are prohibited. Participants can report or block a person from the chat screen; reports are reviewed by the operators within one business day. We may warn a user, remove them from a room, restrict table assignments or terminate the contract when a violation is confirmed, and users may appeal through the contact channel.

Article 7 (Liability)

The Company is not liable for damage caused by events beyond its control, such as force majeure or participants' own circumstances. Where the Company's fault disrupts attendance, compensation follows the Refund policy.

Article 8 (Governing law)

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
