Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms govern the use of the Bloom Mixer service provided by 주식회사 클라이원트 ("the Company"), and the rights and obligations of the Company and its users.

Article 2 (The service)

Bloom Mixer is a curation service that composes small dinner tables based on participants' interests and preferences.

Article 3 (Formation of contract)

A use contract is formed when a user signs in with a Google account, agrees to these terms, applies to a dinner, and pays the participation fee.

Article 4 (Fees and payment)

Participation is confirmed by prepayment. The fee is shown on each event page and processed by the payment provider (PortOne / Toss Payments). The fee covers matching and reservations; meals are paid on site as announced per dinner.

Article 5 (Cancellation and refunds)

Cancellations and refunds follow the Refund policy.

Article 6 (User obligations)

Users must provide accurate information and must not harm other participants. Participants' contacts and affiliations are not disclosed in advance, and information about other participants learned at a dinner must not be disclosed externally without their consent.

Article 7 (Liability)

The Company is not liable for damage caused by events beyond its control, such as force majeure or participants' own circumstances. Where the Company's fault disrupts attendance, compensation follows the Refund policy.

Article 8 (Governing law)

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
